You need Acrobat Adobe to view these files as they are in pdf format. This is a format that makes it easier for everyone to read and/or print out these documents, but not alter them.

Depending on the size of the document, it can take a minute or so to download them and you can only open PDF files if you have the Adobe Reader installed. This is a program that is available free from the company who make it. A lot of computers have it pre-installed.

If nothing happens when the status bar (bottom left of your screen) tells you that the page has finished downloading you probably don't have the Adobe Reader installed. Wait another minute to make sure - some computers take a minute to open the program. You can download the Adobe Reader by clicking the logo on the right. Instructions on how to download and install it are on that website.
