Can You Tie a Stock?
As the Hunter Trials season kicks off, riders can be seen running around the field looking for someone to tie a stock! Does this sound familiar? Properly tied stocks are compulsory for cross country at all levels.
You should practice in front of a mirror, and remember stock pins are not allowed for cross country.

Well done to IPC Members in International Breeding Competition
Alice Mernagh, on behalf of the Irish Pony Club, would to congratulate our members who were involved in the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses (WBFSH) Young Breeders’ World Championships 2009 held at Kildalton College July 17 and 18.
Hopefully their success will encourage more of our members to enter in the future as this competition compliments our B and H test.
