Closing Date Extended for the Irish Pony Club Instructor Training Day with Yogi Breisner

The Irish Pony Club will hold an Instructor Training Day with Yogi Breisner on Monday 9th April 2018 at Gurteen Agricultural College, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

Yogi is one of the most respected and successful trainers for riders and horses.  As a member of the Swedish International Eventing Team between 1976 and 1987, Yogi won European team gold in 1983 and competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.  He also finished in the top ten at Badminton four times. 

During his 17 years as the British Eventing Team Performance Manager, he led the team to four successive Olympic team medals as well as five European team titles.  He stepped down from his position at British Eventing after the 2016 Rio Olympics.  Now Yogi is an advisor to the Swedish Equestrian Federation, Olympic national coaches and co-ordinators for Jumping, Dressage and Eventing.

This fantastic training opportunity is open to everyone and offers all of our IPC members the chance to learn from an experienced International instructor.  The day has been divided into a number of sessions in order give all IPC members the chance to attend this wonderful training event.

  • Day Session Concludes at 5pm
  • 5 CPD points for IPC Instructors

  • Starts at 6.30pm
  • Concludes at approximately 9.30pm
  • 2 CPD Points for IPC Instructors and I CPD Point for HSI Coaches
  • Admission - €25
• Both Sessions - Full Package
  • Includes Both the Day Session and the Evening Session as above
